This is how you send us materials to be digitized by post 

(in Finland only)

1. Include your name, address, phone number and email address with the shipment.

2. Pack the shipment carefully and cushion the materials to prevent them from being damaged during transportation.

3. Write the address "JAS Tekniikka Oy, Maariankatu 1, 20100 Turku" on top of the package, as well as the return code for Posti 635541. Also add your own contact information.

4. Take the shipment to Posti and tell them that it is a return from JAS Tekniikka Oy (contract ID for Posti 635541)

5. We will contact you when we receive your shipment and when we are sending the finished work back.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping costs and we charge them with the invoice. JAS Tekniikka is not responsible for possible transport damage of the sent digitization materials. The transporter's liability for possible damages (loss or breakage of the goods) is based on the statutory road transport insurance (20 e/kg). However, we always pack all our shipments as carefully as possible to avoid damage. The digitization work is invoiced as an advance invoice after the work is completed. We will send the digitization work back after we have received the payment.
