Online store products are sold by JAS Kamerakauppa / JAS Tekniikka OY. Business ID 1091427-9
We sell products to companies and private individuals of legal age in Finland and worldwide. The prices of new products 24% include VAT. There is no deductible VAT on used and vintage products, unless it is mentioned in the product information.
We deliver products to the EU region outside of Finland to companies and entities with a Business ID (VAT no) without VAT, as long as the VAT is deductible on the ordered products.
We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
As a rule, products are ordered via the internet from www.jaskamerakauppa.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Problem with adding shipping address?

As a registered customer, you can also check the content of the order via your user account and view your previous purchases as well.
When your order is posted, you will receive the Posti tracking code by email or text message.
The products and their postage are paid when ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Walley Collector, Jousto, Alisa Yrityslasku, Pivo, Mobilepay, OmaOP and payment cards. Payment is made through Paytrail Oyj's website. The payment method is also bank transfer as an advance payment.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to JAS Tekniikka Oy. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
We will post the products when the payment appears on our account. Payments are made to JAS Tekniikka Oy's account, according to the information in the order confirmation. We do not deliver products cash on delivery.
We will process the order during store opening hours when the payment has been made. If the payment is by bank transfer as an advance payment, we will hold the reservation for 5 business days, after which the order will expire if the payment has not been made.
We mail products every weekday. Depending on the bank connections, we can see the approved payment 1-3 business days after paying the invoice, after which we usually deliver the goods.
Deviating delivery times are announced in the "Current" section of the JAS Kamerakauppa homepage or on the relevant product page.
If the ordered product has run out after placing the order, we will notify you of the unusual delivery time without delay.
You can also order products with a longer than normal delivery time. We deliver the product as soon as it arrives at the warehouse.
JAS Tekniikka Oy reserves the right not to deliver large batches at once without a separate agreement in advance.
JAS Tekniikka Oy's product information is based on the declaration of importers or manufacturers. We are not responsible for possible incorrect product information. Incorrect information entitles the unused product to be returned within 14 days.
New products have a 12-month warranty or longer, if this has been separately announced. The product-specific warranty conditions can be found on the devices' warranty cards, user manuals or receipts, which also serve as a warranty card for most products.
Used products have a 6-month warranty when purchased from JAS Tekniikka Oy. In the event of a fault, if the repair costs exceed the value of the device, the maximum compensation is the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the purchase price, minus the possible utility.
Vintage products are sold in the condition they are in at the time of purchase. Vintage products are mainly intended for collecting, and their condition may not allow regular use. Vintage products are not guaranteed. If the product declared intact turns out to be faulty as soon as it arrives, the maximum compensation is cancellation of the deal. JAS Tekniikka must be contacted about the matter within 14 days.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. We deliver orders via Posti as a package or registered letter, only the package can be tracked with a tracking number. If delivery is desired as a "fragile" package, the fee for a separately handled package will be added to the delivery costs according to Posti's current prices. Outside of Finland we deliver normal-sized orders as air freight.
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.

Products can be returned via Posti or by bringing them to our stores. JAS Tekniikka Oy does not redeem shipments arriving by cash on delivery or via Matkahuolto. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Products to be returned must be packed and padded carefully. Tape or address labels may not be attached to the sales packaging of cameras and other devices. The products must be packed for transport in a separate transport box. A product returned in damaged sales packaging does not entitle to a full refund of the purchase amount.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the return.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately by e-mail to myynti@jastekniikka.fi or by post

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged at Posti, the product must be immediately complained to Posti.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at the moment.
